1. 2. When the surface quality of the mold is poor, the precision casting is peeled off and strained, most of the channels are in a straight line (release direction), and the shallow layer is less than 0.1mm, about 0.3mm. depth.
When scratches are severe, adhering molds can occur, and precision castings cannot even be removed. Scratching in aluminum alloys is very serious.
